Same adsense account on multiple sites = penalty?

I'm purchasing out a couple other of the top ranking sites in serps for a niche (I'm also in the top ranks). Assuming nothing else about the sites, hosting or domains changes: Would swapping the adsense account publisher ids make them associated with each other & give them a penalty?

Just wondering if that's checked for, or if I should use a friend's to play it safe.

Unless sites show ads from multiple accounts there shouldn't be problems. Just remove all adSense ads of the previous user and put users. But make sure those sites are not banned by AdSense as well as the previous owners account.

Only one adsense account is pretty enough for many more websites even if do you have more than 200... no problem there

Shouldn't be a problem. But if you want to play safe, it's up to you.

No. Publishers are not permitted to maintain multiple AdSense accounts under the same payee name.

How do I add more sites to my account?
There's no need to open another account or notify us when you place the AdSense code on a new site. The ad code and search code generated through the guided steps on the AdSense Setup tab of your account are valid for any page in any site on which you want to display Google ads or an AdSense for search box. Simply add the code to your page source, and we'll automatically detect the new site.

If I change my website URL, do I need to update my account?
There's no need to update your AdSense account if you change the URL where your ads are displayed. You can simply copy and paste the AdSense code from your account onto your new site -- as long as it complies with our program policies.
