Do ads stay on sites if a banned subject?

Hi all,
As most know, one of the banned items on Google's adsence is DRINK related subjects, having made sure i didnt lose my adsence and not putting adsnce on my vodka site, but i have been keeping an eye on another vodka related site for a few months, this was and still is showing google ads!!!!!

This guy/girl clearly has a adsence account and im just wondering if google would block the ads if they knew about it, but as its up for some months now im just wondering if they have missed it, or have i missed something that would allow me to display ads on my site!!!
????: NamePros.com http://www.namepros.com/google-adsense/548669-do-ads-stay-sites-if-banned.html

Not prepared to take the risk, but just thought i would ask the question

Related to his, I also wonder why there's a lot of sites advertised in linkreferral.com with adsense... I heard a lot of bad stories about posting adsense sites at linkreferral but it seems people are still doing it..

Well if Google says No then Its not worth to take the risk and loose account. They would ban these site when they see those.

Google manages huge list of publishers around the world. They are not god. Human error could possibly occurs. But to keep your account safe from banning, I would recommend you to avoid anything against their policy.

I would shoot google and email and ask if your site meets googles policy... all they can say yes or no.. but save the email. I would not throw the other site under the bus... I would kindly send them an email stating they might be breaking a TOS some where..
