Question adsense competition? adsonar?

I've been looking into and trying out adsense competition (google has had that monopoly quite long enough).... anyone know of any that work?
????: NamePros.com http://www.namepros.com/google-adsense/45286-adsense-competition-adsonar.html
Clicksor was not impressive. Bidclix was not so good. A few other programs were equally unimpressive.
However, I saw some rave reviews for Adsonar (although everyone says they pay less than adsense - surprise!). I *think* Adsonar is essentially overture's answer to adsense.... I have high hopes for it - has anyone tried it? Has it worked well? I guees I'll see what happens and let everyone know. It's just so odd that there just aren't good competitors to adsense and adwords (overture precision match is pretty good thus far, but i haven't fully tested them out yet).
Who knows. Not me. We never lost control. Cheers,
John

not I. but I do know of another called "AdHearus.com" that I use. They pay about 25-30% more than Adsense too.

worth a look at least. (If you signup with Adhearus, please use me as the referal )

thats odd 1rr1, I cant blame adhearus for their customers ad tastes..but the click through rate was roughly double that of Adsense for me.

weird.

*BTW 1RR1, is your name for the 1000R Sportbike? (i have a 600 )

Good catch! Apparently Google doesn't think there's anything better than Google out there!

Well, For a while my google adsense revenue was really small, but its growing at a rapid rate now since it seems like the image ads, have boosted CTR.

i applied, anthony. unfortunately i don't have any beauty or education sites so i doubt they'll let me on until the beta period is over...which should be soon....
I'm giving clicksor and bidvertiser another shot now. I'd like to see something work - anything to bring down the google behemoth and knock a little of that chip off their collective shoulder.
Also, I've heard rumors of CJ starting a contextually based ad program in the not-so-distant future. THAT would be something to check out.
Will keep posted, I guess. Cheers,
john
