gah! google! adsense! why? why?

So, I recently got my google adsense account terminated.
I don't have the foggiest idea why. I haven't used bots, automated clickers, coerced people to click my ads or anything.
I don't have a clue what the problem is. My only two thoughts were a) since all our computers are on the same network/have same IP, maybe one of my roommates clicked an ad on one of my sites or b) maybe one of the targeted web traffic sellers i use did something that violated one of google's policies.

I guess one of these must be the case, although I'm not convinced. If either is the case, then its likely that 99.9% of the clicks generated were valid, but I won't be getting paid for any. Despite not personally, intentionally, or knowingly performing ANY act that would result in an account suspension. And why don't they just disallow clicks from certain IP addresses if either of these are the case? Here is the email I keep getting from adsense when I ask WHY?

Hello John,
As I mentioned in my last email, due to the proprietary nature of our monitoring system, we cannot disclose any specific details of the invalid clicks we found.
Publishers disabled for invalid clicks are not allowed future
participation in Google AdSense.
We appreciate your understanding.

This is, in one word, BULLSHIT. It's just so frustrating because to the best of my knowledge, I've done nothing wrong, and it makes absolutely nothing clearer to me. I have no clue what policy was violated so I have no way of sharing it with people so they don't violate it unintentionally either.

The sentence "proprietary nature of our monitoring system" is cause for alarm in my view - time to check for keyloggers and trojans.

I know some people on here love them some Google, but this simply isn't fair. Wish I could warn people about whatever it was that caused me to be kicked off, but I cannot thanks to Google's Big Brotheresque shroud of secrecy. Bah.

John

P.S. As a neccesary disclaimer, AdsenseGuy has been very polite and helpful in response to my questions to him about this.
