Question Footer Against Adsense TOS?

I just setup my www.shoppingday.biz and wondered if placing the Google ad in the footer might not inadvertently violate the Adsense TOS of putting images next to the ads? Any thoughts?

No, it's ok but i don't think you'll earn pretty much off it , why not put it on the top ?

It would be fine but I don't think many people would see it, why not place it under the header instead of link unit?

It's not a violation as far as I know, and I have read the guidelines carefully.

You could also try a link unit in there somewhere. You can have three adsense blocks, three link units, two referrals and two search fields on one page. That's the maximum, though of course I don't recommend stuffing all of those onto one page.

Technically it isn't a violation, but it's possible that an Adsense person could see that as putting images next to ads. I'd put the ads directly above the footer and it would I think it would be a little safer.
