If I add a website without www (lets say, blahblah.com), will it count the impression made by the www version of website? (i.e. when someone goes to www.blahblah.com). Thanks!

Yes. It will also count impressions made by sub.blahblah.com, subdomain.blahblah.com, and anythingelse.blahblah.com.
