434u is for you IF you want to be bullshitted and given orders as if you have accepted a job as an "unpaid employee" in a failed multi-level marketing website (an "MLM structure", as 434u could point out they did not require you as 434u members to SELL) that changed it's game and look a few times over the past two years and is owned and run by Rob Tidy, the son of a wealthy Australian man, Colin Tidy, who made his money via a gambling business ("bookmaker") and gambling website (BetChoice).

Gambling essentially is a business where the thing is to separate a "sucker" and his money, where the gambling business keeps the suckers money.

434u Members who previously joined at an earlier time by a totally different company structure and terms of service and 434u "business plan" have had everything changed on them. Not just the website itself which has changed, more importantly, the entire previous "business plan" was discarded entirely and replaced with a new "terms of service" (ToS) which supersedes any previous agreement the site had with its members. And you either accept or agree to the new terms or be gone. If you continue to participate in 434u you have automatically accepted the new ToS anyway.

A number of times the so-called 434u "Executives" structure ("OUR TEAM") (Most 434u "Executives" really just being 434u MEMBERS in high level positions of 434u) got changed and switched about many times over several weeks, NOT only during "pre-launch" but ALSO AFTER a supposed "Public Launch" of 434u.

434u has had this game going on, before, like leading people on with a "carrot on a stick", getting their 434u members to "do for them" and their site 434u by making us feel part of the team on a new venture that will be the "next big thing", (the next facebook) in promises of a future reward of being in high positions and levels in this up and coming new site, 434u, (the opportunity is right NOW) and in the future members will make money (hahaha), in supposed profit sharing for 434u members, with the 434u "BUSINESS PLAN" (NOWHERE TO BE FOUND NOW).

It is or was to be a SECURE social networking site. That was one of the main points as well. The previous 434u very short main line (even what 434u is supposed to mean or represent) was: "434u – For Free For You". Now the 434u motto or slogan seems to be: "434u – Safe, Secure, Social".

434u members used to invite other people to join under them in their crew (it was required), and 434u members had various named levels for their positions (VIP Members, Co-Founders, Founders... (before that were things like Sapphire, Emerald, Diamond)), and we 434u members were told we would make money in the future along with the 434u site.

They had "Our Team" pages, they had "Business Plan" pages with a lot of information. THREE of the so-called 434u "Executives" were (and are still) "illusionists" (magicians), and illusion in all reality is merely DECEPTION.

Back to the basic idea of 434u. It was the idea of future reward and future payout to get members to help them promote and moderate their 434u site. Just the promise of a future reward or future payout. And that's the "carrot on a stick" analogy and the reason that image illustrates the idea and point here in a basic way.

434u was to be "the next big thing", (HYPE) the "next facebook" (hahaha 434u is a small closed community, not an open community), but SECURE. By invite only, as the way it was, and the way it is even more so now (join by invite only). Rob Tidy says he wants 434u to be like a "freemasons of social networking sites".

And requiring members to stay active, higher level members were to be active daily, even as "unpaid employees" (to moderate). They also require members to give them full and complete accurate personal information about themselves when joining. Your real and true full name is required (no phony or gimmicky novelty nicknames) and a real and true profile photo of yourself, (no fake images that are not a real person and even not yourself) and it is not only a real profile photo of yourself that is required, but is supposed to basically be a snapshot that is essentially of passport quality in identifying you, (a head shot that clearly shows your face without sunglasses) as well for your profile photo. You give 434u all your personal information so as to be paid in the future supposedly.

434u has been in so called "development" for TWO years now! ("What?") 434u already has had a supposed "public launch" and then even after that 434u went back to supposed "beta" and "testing" modes again, before changing the 434u site again so they can have the new "terms of service" on their new site now, which did away with all the earlier structure of not only the 434u website, but more importantly, even the structure of the 434u company, as it is represented in it's "terms of service (ToS)" with 434u members, which was all changed totally. All the previous talk to 434u members about what it is, and what it was to be, and how it would all work was done away with. All that was thrown away, and any previous idea of the relationship between the site 434u and it's members was and is dead as the new ToS no longer refers to any of that, and it (ToS) must be accepted or you can just go away. The new 434u ToS supersedes all previous agreements they had with the 434u members, and 434u simply can get rid of any 434u member for any or even no reason at all.

That is 434u.

The owner Rob Tidy, (aka BIGDADDY) also feels very free to make things up as part of any excuses to get rid of you as a member if he does not want you on 434u anymore. Rob Tidy will remove a 434u member for anything he does not like about you, such as your private conversations you have with other 434u members off of (not on) his 434u website. I know because that is what happened to me in my conversations with a certain 434u member I was communicating with via "skype", and that person shared our conversation with Rob Tidy.

In my opinion Rob Tidy and 434u wants way too much commitment from a person and involvement and control in a person's life for merely having joined their 434u internet social networking website as a member. It is rather far-fetched and unrealistic in my opinion. They just get suckers to believe in them for the idea of a potential future payout and reward, ("carrot on a stick") and will replace older members with newer members when needed. It's their website, it's their game, they run it their way, whatever way is good for them, not you, and they don't care about you, because they can remove you, then you can go away. They can just stay online and look good enough to all new persons seeing their website anew. "There's a sucker born every minute."

You decide if 434u is to be trusted at all. You decide if you want to be involved with 434u at all. Some people have criticized 434u using such buzz words and language like 434u is a scam and Rob Tidy is a scammer and that 434u is scamming, and 434u (including Rob Tidy) could defend 434u (RE: scam, scammer, scamming) by saying that they do not take members money, that membership does not cost anything, that it is free.

True. But they did take the 434u member's time and effort and work in gaining new members and promoting 434u and moderating their crew members and moderating on the 434u website. When it comes to that the 434u owner/admin Rob Tidy (aka BIGDADDY) is found of pointing out to 434u members such things as that they (434u) do not need you as a member, and they only keep people who they want as a member, and that, in fact, what you have been doing is VOLUNTEERING your time and efforts for his site in their "VISION" of what 434u is to be. That you have merely been a VOLUNTEER for him and his 434u site.

He also mentions his connections to certain known underworld figures in order to intimidate others. I say all this not as any mere guess or speculation or fabrication, but, in fact, as my asserted experiences with 434u and opinion or impression of 434u as having in fact been a 434u member myself. I was at 434u (previous and no longer existing) FOUNDER level, which was just under EXECUTIVE.

I have talked to other people who were 434u members who also had been removed as 434u members as well. You need to think for yourself. You need to decide for yourself.

Choose for yourself if you feel comfortable in trusting them at 434u, and even IF YOU CAN trust them at 434u. Can YOU trust them to honor their word to YOU? Can YOU trust them to give you any payout in the future? You can decide if you feel you can trust and believe what I present to you.

You decide if you want to accept their 434u Terms Of Service (TOS), and basically take orders from the site owner/admin, Rob Tidy (aka "BigDaddy", typing in ALL CAPS! most often), where all his bulletins to 434u members are to be taken by members as if orders to you, as if you are "unpaid employees", and all this is actually only for the idea of a future payout from them, that in reality never has to be honored by them anyway as they can just easily remove you from their site for any or even for no reason at all.

You think for yourself. You decide for yourself.

I just received a phone call at 4:40 AM (Monday March 8th) from Rob Tidy with my phone's caller ID showing "Unknown" instead of a phone number. I know it was Rob Tidy as I have heard his voice in a previous phone call we have had before via skype. He also identified himself to me as such in this phone call to me as being Roby Tidy. He wanted to let me know he had my phone number and address and was "there" (here, in the USA, as he is from Australia) and that he was coming over to meet me. (?) I asked him what he had, and had to clarify that I was asking what address he had for me as I would want to be sure he had my right address so that we could meet. Then he just said "no dramas mate" and I heard no more from him, I then said, while he probably was hanging up, "you called me to talk to me...". It seems more than a little odd that the conversation was so short for a man from Australia calling me here in the USA when he claims he has come over here on such a long (and costly) trip to meet me, to keep this call so short when I asked him to be sure he had the right address for me. It seems even odder to do it without my awareness of such a visit in the works at all, that he says he is already here and he is coming over, that he has my address.... And this call is at 4:40 AM eastern time (USA east coast). I, for my part, did not say anything untoward to him in our short call. That is why his response was also so very odd, "No dramas mate.." What I said was no drama, just asking what address he had for me to ensure we could meet, as it was his saying so first that he was already "here/there (nearby) and was already coming over (spoken in the present tense, which means NOW). Stranger still is that I even recieved any such phone call from him to me at all. Why would this call make any sense? What reason? What purpose? What that means to me, is that he was hoping to get me spun up, worked up, upset, or disturbed by this phone call to me at 4:40 AM saying he has my address and is coming over. And that by my not getting upset, that he really didn't have much more he could say without him sticking his foot in his own mouth further than he already had by even making this phone call to me in the first place. The call ended after I asked him what address he had for me. The short call started by him saying he still had my phone number and address from my having been a member on his site 434u.com, and that he had come over here (to USA from AUS) to meet me. Why? Could there be any sensible cause to make such a long trip to meet a mere previous member of a website? There could not be any good reason for any such thing. Rob Tidy had already removed me as a member from his 434u website and we broke in a rather not nice way, and that was our only rather slight and tenuous connection or association that we had at all anyway. Does it make sense someone like that would call you and tell you they are coming over to your house? At 4:40 AM your time? And given those set of circumstances and being that that little was involved? That little between the two of you? Them being a website owner/admin that you merely had previously been a member at, and are not even anymore? And, oh, by the way, you have published criticisms of him and his site he runs? What if you got such a call from someone you don't know well, a website owner you had simply been a member at and they did this to you after you have criticised them in how they run themselves and their website? Is this what you reasonably expect of an owner of a website you have joined, AFTER they have removed you as a member, and you no longer even have THAT LITTLE bit of connection at all even? Is it sensible? Is it justifiable? Is it even rational? To receive a phone call from a man you do not personally know at 4:40 AM saying (in a surprise to you) that he is coming over to your house now? How do we two know each other? Not much. I used to be a member of a webiste of his? That's all? Yes. And I am not even a member of this site he has anymore. Think for yourself if any of this makes sense as if it is okay for this call to be made to me by him. Or if it is rather suspicious instead. In fact it is rather very unseemly that I even got such a call at all. So, in that call my response to him was that I want to be sure he has my right address. Then he says "no dramas mate..." And I heard no more from him after he hung up as I was trying to get through by saying that he had called me to talk to me. He ends it so short in an incongruos manner "No dramas mate." when it was he who had called me, and at that, only a moment before! Now, what I said was not getting upset at all (no drama), but in fact was following quite sensibly that he had expressed that he had my address and was here and coming over now. I wanted to know what address he had for me to be sure he could get here to me so we could meet. What "drama"? No "drama". Rob Tidy needed to quickly end this call he made to me, to avoid futher mistakes on his part. It was meant to be short and to be harassing and to be intimidating toward me. This phone call he, Mr. Rob Tidy made to me, cannot sensibly be taken in any other way. This call was a call I received at about 4:40 AM, VERY early morning of Monday March 8th 2010. On my cell phone it shows at time 4:39 AM, on 3/8/10 with a duration of 46 seconds, from "Unknown". I cannot take that as anything other than a harassing phone call, that was meant to be intimidating. It doesn't remotely fit anything sensible to receive from anyone, nevermind myself and Mr. Rob Tidy. We don't have any business together making any further contact warranted or reasonable. I have published criticisms of him, his conduct and how he has run his venture in the specific case of his website 434u.com. He removed me as a member from his 434u.com website (okay, he can do that, and that's where it ends) so that is when and where his control over me also ended. I even specifically let him know that very point at that exact time as well. So, I also now truthfully relate this having taken place now, also. I received what can only be taken as a harassing phone call from Rob Tidy at 4:40 AM telling me he is coming over. I did not respond by being upset one bit. I asked to help him come over to the right place for me to ensure we could meet by asking him what address he had for me. In fact we had no planned meeting of any sort between us both, so this would be as quite a surprise, naturally, as I believe I have already made clear enough. And now you see what such a call at 4:40 AM to me from someone I no longer have any association with, other than my showing Mr. Rob Tidy's character as very poor in so far as how Mr. Rob Tidy has run himself (and his 434u.com website) by my having published my experiences with him and criticisms of him and his 434u website, and how that reflects upon himself, Mr. Rob Tidy as to exhibiting poor choices of how he runs himself, and poor character, as it reflects upon himself, and his nature and reputation and name. But now this newer episode serves only to further reinforce that by another added poor choice and step on his part. Mr. Rob Tidy has made the choice (and taken the step) to try to intimidate me because I have published my criticisms of him and his 434u website. I can publish such criticisms as I expressed that what I had stated was my viewpoint based upon my experiences with him, and that I related my experiences with himself, Rob Tidy (and his 434u.com website), truthfully. Where what I have stated was a matter of opinion, categorically, that applies as well. And any person truthfully relating their experiences or voicing their impression about anything that is a matter of opinion is actually quite alright. Also truthfully relating events and situations about any person, or in whatever way in your experience, also is quite alright. That it may look bad on whatever person in question (Mr. Rob Tidy) is a direct result only of their own (Mr. Rob Tidy's) poor choices and actions of how they have conducted themselves. I spoke and wrote honestly in my critique of himself Mr. Rob Tidy as to how he conducts himself personally, and also the running of his 434u website. But now I can also publish my experience of him having called me on the phone at 4:40 AM my time to harass and intimidate me. How could such a phone call be construed with any other meaning or signifcance? It can't! Perhaps other 434u members can find my published criticisms of how he has run himself and his website 434u.com. Perhaps many of those previous members are able to take my advice to heart and indeed now think for themselves on whether they feel alright about if they want to trust Mr. Rob Tidy and being involved in his 434u website anymore. I hope they do wake up to his ways. If they do so, it will be because of how Mr. Rob Tidy does run himself and his website. Not because of what I have written about Rob Tidy and 434u. I have told people to think for themselves and decide for themselves. Perhaps former people he was expecting to make use of, for and with, 434u, such as (previous member levels) "Co-Founders", "Founders", and maybe even a few "Executives", have now made it their choice to no longer be a part of 434u. Perhaps some individuals of significance or value to Mr. Rob Tidy in connection to his 434u website have made it their decision to part ways with Mr. Rob Tidy and depart 434u and any affiliation with his website 434u.com. If they have done so, good for them for waking up to how Mr. Rob Tidy runs himself, and his ventures, including the website 434u. But if any such people who were at 434u have made that to be their choice, to no longer be a part of 434u, it was their choice to do so, as I specifically and repeatedly advised in my published criticism of Mr. Roby Tidy and his secure social networking website 434u.com for anyone reading it, that they think for themselves and decide for themselves. Mr. Rob Tidy I suggest you take a look in the mirror and correct yourself as you have begun to get out of control, and that is really not so very good, now, is it? - Lawrence Connor
