Nice but i think it isnt acurate -_- cause it says 3.12 mbps and lol i dont even have that much! I have some lite high speed stuff

That speed test is measuring in bits not bytes. File transfer is measured in bytes, so just multiply the 3.12 megabits by 1024 and then divide that number by 8 to get your kilobytes per second. That should be about the speed you download at.

Jokez, if you have comcast cable... it is probably pretty accurate. Comcast is now officially running head to head against S Korea in the Bandwidth "speed" wars and have/are in the process of increasing all things cable accross the nation

I'm looking for other scripts to add as well as a person to help create an upload speed test script. I'll be adding a layout in a few days; just created that in a small bit of time for fun (hence the .info domain )
