The domains aren't like co.uk, me.uk etc those are special domains and some people maybe are tierd of using same domains as others does so this is to go with a special look Talk for yourself, but I don't think that none of those domains look bad.

First you have to register to use the service, then you go to:

http://freedns.afraid.org/domain/registry/

And type down the domain extension you want to use in the search field
eg like uk.to and then the domain will show up click on it and fill in the DNS information on where you want it to redirect to.

If you havn't decided where to redirect the domain to then just fill in a IP and change it later when you have.

To create nameserver records you need to register 2 subdomain records with same domain extension and same subdomain but with 2 diffrent domains.

Eg:

Click on the domain extension that you want and create an DNS record, fill in the subdomain that you want to use. Put the DNS type as Nameserver (NS) and write what Nameserver it should connect to.

Then click again on the domain extension and create another DNS record with the same subdomain as the first one but with the second Nameserver in the NS field.

That's how you create 2 Nameserver records with the same domain, but if you need more than two you could create more too with the same method.

Other providers uses the same method but they include 2 NS fields in the DNS page of the record, but you need to create another record for the second Nameserver if you need another one.
????: NamePros.com http://www.namepros.com/showthread.php?t=159015

You could use up to 5 records per account!
