Before posting, please check that your are posting in the correct forum. This is not the "Advertising For Sale Board" it is the "For Sale / Advertising Board".

SELLER RULES

1. Membership Posting limits

• Free Members up to 2 active Marketplace threads at a time
• Supporters up to 4 active Marketplace threads at a time
• Business Members up to 6 active Marketplace threads at a time

An "active" thread is defined as any marketplace sales thread that you wish to keep open and visible to marketplace visitors. You can keep your thread active by adding a reply yourself before the 30 day period. UPGRADE YOUR ACCOUNT

3. NO PayPal fees may be charged to buyers! As per PayPal's TOS, sellers may NOT charge buyers fees for using PayPal, therefore it is not permitted on NamePros transactions.

4. Only one "bump" is allowed every 24 hours. "Still available"....and the like are considered bumps. Threads that bump in less than 24 hours are unfair to other members and will be deleted.

5. Please include the items you are selling, or giving away in your thread.

6. No "see my sig" posts

7. Any post containing any adult, or adult language names will be deleted.

8. No Cross posting no copying/partial copying of sales between the sales forums.

9. Fixed Price / Buy-It-Now - If an item is offered with a fixed sales price, the terms of the offer will assumed valid for seven days following the thread starter's most recent post in the thread, unless specified otherwise by the thread starter.

10. Please respect Digg's ToS, and do not offer services of this nature for any type of remuneration in exchange for "Diggs" or "Digging".

11. Please do not use Namepros to promote, OR conversely, to depreciate other domain related/discussion forums. Likewise we also ask that you do not use other domain forums to advertise for Namepros. This makes for an overall more fair, healthy and friendly environment.

12. No affiliate links. The Namepros Marketplace is intended for advertising products and services that you yourself own or operate. Affiliate or referral "links" are not appropriate.

13. We do not allow Myspace Bulletins or Accounts to be sold here. It is against Myspace's TOS.

14. Please do not advertise VCC (Virtual Credit Cards) here at Namepros .... If people don't have access to CC's there is usually a reason for it - And there are other ways and places for them to buy Pre-paid solutions if need be. They are also connected to Fraudulent actions many times.

BUYER RULES

1. No Comments in Sales threads. Clarifications can be done via pm.

2. Do not make offers in the thread unless seller invites offers.

3. If you post SOLD for any name in any thread, it is considered binding.

Infraction points could be awarded or sales voided at the discretion of the moderators as required to ensure smooth functioning of the marketplace.
