I recently lost interest in a project of mine partually because of my lack of time. My lose is your gain, right ?

The design is what is worth the money in this sale. It was profesionally designed for a german site and then bought by a friend of mine. He then partually established the site ( PR4, 300 Member Forum, etc ). He then took it down. It was nothing but a splash page for a few months.

The design itself is worth high $xxx to low $xxxx. Its not some gaming fan site design, its for a serious gaming site.

You get the domain ( Registered until 04/06/2008 ), vBulletin Owned License ( Its expired but I will pay the $30 renewal fee ), and a VGPortal license, flash banner, and all the neat layered PSDs. The site has dropped to PR2 b/c of the fact it was nothing but a splash page for months. I will verify the ownership of these licenses before the sale. It comes coded for vBulletin but it needs a small amount of touch ups.

It would make an excellent gaming/entertainment site. Please only PM me if you have the money to spend rather than you just want to see it.
