It is permissible on NamePros, as LWS is a forum covering a different niche. Here's LWS's Big-Board ranking if you have doubts about the OP's claims.

Because I want to be the biggest We're just over one year old for the record.

I am always working to expand. And NamePros is no doubt home to people who run websites where such a partnership could be mutually beneficial.
