Your user name is your email address

the login said user name that was confusing I fixed it.

Password is the password you entered when you created the account.

It no longer uses cookies now it uses a session var so it can't be blocked by cookie settings in your browser.

also sign up now sends your user name and pass in the email so you have it in front of you after you sign up.
