Hi,

I am selling my website design www.xpresswebpages.com business due to an unexpected pregnancy. This is my 2nd child and I will not have the time or efforts to devote the time I should to the business. I am opening up the bid at $3,500.00.

I started this business more than a year ago and have had great success. I design all websites using SiteSpinner software from Virtual Mechanics. You can choose to convert to straight HTML if you wish for easier editing; otherwise the software I use is excellent and is included.

Here are the stats for current visitors.
The site has a PR 4 and has a lot of keywords that link to the site.

My customers pay yearly fees for my services, but you can choose to charge whatever you want to new customers or offer some type of incentive to currents customers to increase the prices.

There are no advertising charges as all business comes within the search engines. I get about 3-4 quote requests per week.

*Compaq Presario DVD computer 17" Flat screen with burner see specifications here .

I have to include the computer as part of the deal since it contains all the software needed. It is a great computer. It even has a warranty still on it from Compaq. I have kept up to date on it.
As you can see from the specification list, I am including all of the software along with all of the original cd's that I used to install with serial numbers. I also have Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Acrobat 5.0 -this cost me over $200 which is not installed but I have the CD with the software on it. The computer was purchased for over $1,000.00 and the additional memory was $150.00.

I have spent about $3,000 just on the software alone

*tons of templates-I have 3 memberships to a website template sites-I will provide you with the details, some of them still have several months on them

I also have a lof of them on CD's which you will get.

*Hosting account is a reseller account that is paid off until June 12th, great hosting company sv1.us. I have had no problems with them and pay about $200 a year. The hosting account would be transferred to your name, you can chose to use your own, but that would require you to update all clients ftp information. You will be provided with all hosting credentials and payment information.

*Customers- I have about 22 customers that are active yearly paying subscribers. I plan on letting them know once the business is sold that a new person is now in charge and will be serving them. I use the email address contact@xpresswebpages.com which will be given to you with all password credentials. You will receive all files for clients and will also have access to MS outlook which has a file of each client so you can see past history. I will also give you a status summary of each client-contact person, etc...


*Books-I have several training cd's for Photoshop and several books in the web design field. Example: Running Access 97 and Business Know-How. These books helped me a lot when I was beginning.

*HP Scanner-purchased for $150.00-needed for scanning customers artwork that is sent via mail.


I will ship only to the US at no extra charge. I may have to do several boxes and will add insurance to the computer.

I will not be able to provide any actual training so you should have a good knowledge of web design, HTML, Flash, etc.. I can answer your questions for up to a month via e-mail to help get you started.

Once purchased I will un-register the name www.xpresswebpages.com with my county so you can make active in your state or if you wish to change the name...

Here is the proof on the income for last year. This is for only working part time and having learned everything on my won. So, if you are somone who knows web design very well, then this is the perfect opportunity to start a business because there is a lot of money to make, I have turned away a lot of potential clients because there are some services that I did not offer.
