A while ago I compiled a XLS (for Microsoft Excel, which is required to open this file in) spreadsheet featuring 24511 US cities/towns, from the real big ones (population 8,008,277) to the real small ones (pop. 199).

The spreadsheet has 6 colums/categories that you can sort it by:
STATE | CITY/TOWN | POPULATION | City/Town FOR SEARCH | State FOR SEARCH | STATE ABBREVIATION

The 'FOR SEARCH' columns list all the geographical names with all characters others than letters removed, which makes those columns real handy for a quick copy/past into a domain bulk checker to do name-checks with.
I.e. a city like Town 'n' Country (listed in the 'CITY/TOWN' column) then becomes TownnCountry in the 'City/Town FOR SEARCH' column. And a small town like Level Park-Oak Park becomes LevelParkOakPark there. Etc.

You can select the colum you want, choose 'copy' and then paste them in a regular text file or bulk-checker.
The list comes as a 1.4 MB zip-file. You can purchase it by sending me $9.97 PayPal payment to pay[AT]such[DOT]us and then I will PM you (here at the forum) the download link.

This list is sold to you under the condition that you keep it to yourself (i.e. no reselling etc.). Thanks!

Elsewhere I've explained futher how this list could be of great benefit to you...

See, with the city/town names (each listed with population size, so that you can see which of them are potentially the best investment for you) from the list you can search for the names in any TLD that you'd be interested in, by simply adding the TLDs of your choice behind them and then put the names in a bulk checker.

For example, if in my list one of the cities is named 'Blahville', then you can add the TLD of your choice to that, like:
Blahville.com
Blahville.us
Blahville.net
Blahville.org
etc.

And let's say my list shows that 'Blahville' is a city here in Tennessee (aka TN), then you could also search for:
BlahvilleTennessee.com
BlahvilleTennessee.info
BlahvilleTennessee.org
etc.
And:
BlahvilleTN.com
BlahvilleTN.net
BlahvilleTN.biz
BlahvilleTN.ws
etc.

Or you could select those cities/towns you like and yourself add a word/words of your choice to it and potentially wind up with a whole string of gems, such as:
BlahvilleIndustry.com
BlahvilleIndex.org
BlahvilleDating
MyBlahvilleTN.net
SexyBlahville.com
GoBlahville.info
VisitBlahville.tv
etc.
etc.
etc.
etc.
