Im looking to purchase a custom CSS/XHTML layout. I'm looking to spend around $20 if possible cheaper i can pay a little more...

Description:

I want a layout like http://good-tutorials.com/ but with the navigation on the top, and both sides (left/right).
The layout must be a firefox color scheme!
The layout must work in all common browsers, ie, firefox, netscape, and opera.

The layout cannot have coloring in the html it self, must be driven with all CSS and use div for the layout to work.

I have a banner: http://x5.putfile.com/3/6518412487.gif that needs to be used in the header, and a place to have google adsense ads some where in the layout.

Claiming this project:
I will not accept someone that does not have at least 10 trade feedback or less than 250 posts. I have been ripped off a lot and i dont need that to happen. To claim post "I accept!"

If you do good on this project i will keep you in mind for other layouts! (i buy these types of layouts A LOT!)
