Hi,

I have recently been working on a project for a client, who owns a web hosting company, and we agreed a fee for a website of around $600. However due to complications on the client's behalf he cancelled the project and didn't pay. Now i have changed a few details to the site (like the company name) and made it into a very clean and effective template. As i am pretty desperate to get it off my hands, im willing to hand it over for around $80.

If you are a web designer, or interested in reselling this template, i can remove the copywriting, and sell you all the rights with it for $800. Please consider if you got a unque web template from another provider of the same quality it would be around $2,000.
