We have the following hosting template for sale fully coded and ready to go. It was going to be the template for Greatster Hosting but when we changed directions towards more of a media network we decided this design was not fitting for such.
We have gotten nothing but great comments on this design such as:

We are kind of disappointed at not being able to use this design but it's the way things have to happen when you change directions with a business. Note that this design has NEVER been used on the Greatster website.

This is a quality design for a hosting or business website, simple yet very effective, the coding has rollovers in the nav boxes where it says 'Home, About Us, Services, etc..' that change color when the user's mouse scrolls over.

I can change the links for the nav as well as the rollovers upon purchase if you need them to say something else.

It's not meant to be 'whoa' it's meant to look simple yet professional. And from the comments I've gotten(I only posted two above) everyone liked the design a lot and said it was simple but achieved its purpose very nicely. The design is worth more than $200 IMO, the only thing that brings the price down is all the beginning designers who sell their templates for like $30. (if you spent 5 hrs on it it's only $6 per hour for designing it in a psd). This template is also coded, which costs additional money.

Yes, to you it may be worth $200, but I sell ( and other really good designers ) only charge $200 per template and they are either: a) amazing / b) unique as ****

I think that the template now adays needs to be outstanding to get attention. Just my 2 cents. Tell me when you sell this for $200. Hope I won't be waiting for years.

i feel the same way, I'd only pay $200 if this fit exactly what i wanted when i went out lookin for a template in the first place, sell it for $100 and I'm sure you'll get a hit, good luck!

I get your point although I dont think a design has to be 'amazing' to get the job done. Also, $200 is the buy now price and I am open to offers.
