- I also have a profesionally designed terms (Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions, Acceptable Use Policy, etc.) which you can use for the site by just simply editing out the names and putting it on the site. If you'd like this, just add $5 USD to the final auction price.

I'm hoping to get rid of this as soon as possible. You will own it exclusively and have the right to resell it. I've got a few things to pay for (such as a vB licenses -_-) so I'm hoping to get rid of this fast.
