Are are only looking for 3!

You get 20% commision OR your standard plan for hosting

If you get over 10 sales we will give you both 20% commision plus the standard plan!

Sales Rep work for money on a hourly/monthly rate.

Offering them free hosting isn't really a good thing to do, it only makes your hosting company look bad.
