They charge $6.49 per domain and it's been that way for ages. I use them and save almost half a dollar on every domain I register (over what I would have paid at enom). They are a tucows reseller. Sure, their bulk management might not be the best. However, if you register 100 names there, you save $50 over what you would have paid at enom, and you save the $150 which you would need to spend to buy a $6.95 enom reseller account. If you are planning on registering 1,000 names, then you might want to go with enom despite the fact that you would be $500 because the bulk management is not convenient. However, if you turn auto renew on and you don't ever plan on changing your whois info (unless you sell the domain), then ev1servers.net would be the best bet!
