I have been searching for this and found one.

anyways, would just like to share with you all as many of this out
there are being sold out for high-cost wherein it is readily available
to everyone for FREE.
Upgrade and you get a better domain pricing.
i signed up a FREE reseller account to try it out. been a week and all seem
to be alright. i registered some domains at low cost under my customer account.
they have support, though no live chat. nevertheless, all emails have been replied fast.
