5. A minimum of 30 Active members are required for each month.
6. Top 30 Active Members must each have 50 Post & 25 Thread Submitted.

That puts a bit of a damper on things. I could post the most but if 29 others werent active, I get nothing.......I would suggest chaning that rule.
