If you have a well developed hosting company with a minimum of 100 clients and $1,000 MRC (at minimum) we would be willing to discuss a possible Merger / Acquisition. We are not looking for Stock based buyout so you are guaranteed CASH at closing plus monthly payments and possible future revenue share.

We are able to show past acquisitions to appropriate parties as well as give references. The money is available right now and we are NOT looking for any sort of 3rd party financing.

Depending on revenue, structure and control panel (H-Sphere preferred) a multiple could be as high as 1 (yearly revenue) or higher.
