vBulletin license, Leased, I bought it in August 07. And I am selling it for about $60.

You are not allowed to sell Leased Licenses. Check up on vBulletin's TOS.

As Zalaki stated, you can't sell leased Licences,

You can only sell owned liceneces that are in a support period.
