I believe lots is offering a domain for sale (as a broker), for $25,000 and is assuring you you will not be disappointed with the name.

) and would like to re-develop it / resell it at a greater profit. Just my views on whats been said so far....although, like most, I am inrigued now

I'm not sure where lots has been, but I'm pretty sure that he's *not* going to post the domain. If he has lined up a deal on a great domain name and is seeking financing, it certainly would not be wise to post it in a public forum. I sure wouldn't.
