We have a freelance website that we just set up and it's open for business. If you have a project you need finished, or help with, you can post your projects for free. It's free to sign up for both clients and freelancers. I see a lot of people here that need work done so head over and post your projects. Pick the best bid and off you go.

But How does it work? Can you give a little more details? I think this will help you to bring to potential users from the board.

The way it works is as follows.
Let's say you are a web developer, and a client comes to you and needs a Flash intro, but you do not normally do Flash stuff, so you go to PcLancer.com and post that you need a Flash project done. You tell freelancers what the job is, and how much you are willing to pay. Then, the freelancers bid on your project. The best bid, from the most qualified freelancer might be chosen.

You can post projects for free, and it is free to sign on as a freelancers. PcLancer.com takes a percentage of the final bid price. 10%. The person that is paying for the project, puts the money into an escrow account, then once the project is finished, the money goes to the freelancer, minus the 10%.
It works really well for everyone because the project gets done, the freelancer gets paid, and we take 10% of the final project bid.
