Ok guys here is the review. as saulyx said u can get the backlink from yahoo for free ( pr 6 )which is true ( would u beleive this ? ) and it is really of pr6.here is the screenshot

the quick 5 min method told in the document is as easy as 123 and anyone can do this easily. and yes it is also permanent link and will never be removed ( don't worry about it ). . i think that list of directories which go upto pr8 is also very important for submitting your site to them . that is a cool list and can be easly imported to ur directory software.
