From past experience i have never faced anyone not paying
we are not responsible for that but the person who requested the job will pay you we are just a messenger between the employer and the employee
But i guarantee you that during the few past month no scam occurred

Few months ago many people did get employed before the boards were down for a while
but it all depends on the job poster
Many people wait for a it till many people apply so that they are given more choices to chose from

well to tell u frankly it seems to be post count increasing technique for ur own forums

because i think if the person was really interested then he should try us on our moderation capabilities.. ex. give me a 2day trial moderator status.. if he is satisfied then give me a permanent job else leave me.

One thing I noticed last time I visited a while back is that most of the job offers posted were from Guests, why dont they register themselves... looks funny.
