Hi guys

i am a phpLD template designer.

phpLD is a directory software for those who don't know, and it is one of the most used one.

I make phpLD templates, and would like to make it available to people for free, but the TOS would be include the designer and sponsor link in the footer.

These templates are used by many people, and directories are growing rapidly, so there is a good chance of these templates to be used.

So on every directory this template will be used, your link will be in the footer, so you get a sitewide link on all the sites.

Think about it, it is a very nice way of link building.
