Can you create reseller accounts by yourself? If not, how many left?

The situation is very strange. The fair market value should be going up if enom stop create accounts. However everyone can see that is not true. How come?

I have two questions (after reading the TOS):

1.On what occasions can you withdraw the right to use the account?
2.What should I do in case I have no use for the account anymore. I read I cannot sell it?

1. Never happened before. Only if there are fraudulent orders generated through your account.
2. You can resell it but we need to approve the buyer, and buyer has the same rights and obligations as you.

Any other question is welcome.
