So this credit can be used to advertise on adwords to the same amount a the coupons? For example, if I bought 20 coupons worth, does that mean I can get $1080 worth of clicks to my account?

No, you can only apply 1 coupon per account. To use all 20 coupons you'll have to make 20 different adwords account.
