Looking For Experienced Forum Admins

I recently opened totaldiscussion.com and I am looking for ways to help promote and improve the site. And I realize that I can't do it alone. Therefore, I am asking if there are any former or current board admins (or anyone with ideas, for that matter) to help TD out. Just so you have an idea of what we're about, this is the description I threw together:

Quote:
TotalDiscussion.com isn't like other discussion communities. Most boards base themselves around one subject, whether it be sports, wrestling, movies, tv, even obscure things such as woodworking. TotalDiscussion.com, on the other hand, has one mission: Create an environment that anyone, regardless of interests and dislikes, can come together knowing that there will always be a discussion for them.
I know we had a big debate on the fact that this wouldn't work, but I'm determined to make it work. One example of what I have planned is http://sports.totaldiscussion.com , it's all the sports boards grouped together at a direct URL. In a few days I will give it a 'sporty' skin and make it seem like its own forum.
????: NamePros.com http://www.namepros.com/for-sale-advertising-board/16203-looking-for-experienced-forum-admins.html

I am looking for people that would be willing to come up with ideas, help with advertising, and perform other 'admin' tasks. For obvious security reasons, no one will become an admin right away. I also run Google AdSense on the forums, so the admins I choose would earn a cut of that profit based on their performance.

PM me if interested. Try to include some examples of ideas and if you have them, links to previous forums that you've helped at.
