Morph, I believe there is a 3 month mortorium on selling a vbulletin license after purchase.

Tom, sorry for the delay in posting....I've been away from the computer most of the day. I heard back from vBulletin Staff and this is a valid license but it's not eligible for transfer until February 1, 2006.
