Looking for a moderator

As the community is starting to grow at a rapid rate, We will also be starting our huge advertising campaign to gain new members here at DNLister. We are again looking for a new moderator on the forums!

Do you fill the requested criteria?

Over the age of 16?
Have moderated forums/communities in the past?
Can post and be active around the forums daily?
have a great personality, trust worthy and just an easy going person?

I don't mean to step on toes or anything, but have you really thought about how much you really need another moderator? Overstaffing a forum can often cause trouble...

I've got 4 times as many members, 5 times as many threads, and 10 times as many threads at my forums and only have one other person helping me out. Granted, this is partly due to the fact that I can spend the majority of my day on my forums, so I don't have to worry about me not catching anything...but we still average 70+ posts per day, and the thought of hiring another staff member hasn't even crossed my mind yet.
