If you sign up at maximumhost.net no it will not be a reseller, this is just an offer for np'ers that I'll make their accounts reseller. So then yes you will have whm access. ev1 does allow adult content as long as you own it. And as for own nameservers there would be a $1 charge for each since that's the going rate at ev1servers.
