Hello, I am getting close to launching my hosting company and I am looking for staff.

Sales: Im looking for 1-2 people to work off commision. You get 30% the first month and 15% every other month the client stays with us. As company grows you will earn more commision plus a basic monthly wage.

Support: Im looking for 1-2 people that are very expirianced in one or more of the following: cpanel, server security, setting up game servers in linux, apache and php. You will get money per support ticket or email. You will also get money for each server you setup and secure.

WebDesign/Programming: The company will have a webdesign/programming service. I am looking for webdesigners and programmers that will work per project and can get designs and programming jobs done in a fair amount of time.

How much are you willing to pay Support Staff and Programming Staff?

Suppose staff will probebly be $0.50-$1.50 per ticket or email. That will grow and as company grows you will have that PLUS a basic monthly wage.

Programming Staff will be per project based pay. Really matters on the job.

Although phone support would not be possible, i am experienced in Cpanel and "general" dilemas and problems.

when you say sales, are you referring to someone to actively hunt out new clients, or people that will answer sales releted questions, pre-sale inqueries on forums/email?

Hello, I could do both, however the activily seeking out part i would have to put on hold for a few months to make sure you are indeed a reliable host. As I would not want to send friends/family to a host that would end up shutting down and taking their money.
