We have a job that have to outsource, because of the other pending projects. This is not the first time, and I'm sure there will be more jobs like this in the future.

Description/requirements:
- it's a mixed html/flash website - we'll do html part, you would do Flash parts

1st phase:
- there is all in all 15 html pages, with the flash banner to "jazz up" the page; there should be 15 banners at the end, all done in same style, with same effects/transitions, only the photos used in each flash would be different (we'll provide the photos)
- flash menu
- additional flash animation, same on all pages (rotating the quotes of famous ppl)
By Monday, August 1st, we have to present at least 1 banner, menu, and quotes. for the main banner it would be better if we have two versions, so after client decides, you can make other 14

2nd phase of the job:
- touching up the details and developing other 14 banners
- flash intro - this is definitelly not gonna be movie, or some heavy flash animation; it should be something unexpected, utilising some "trick" or simple idea; fast to load
2nd phase needs to be completed by Monday, August 8th.

Note the time difference - Singapore is +8 hours ahead of England, so, if I'm to meet the client on Monday 4pm SG time, I have to have all the files ready by Monday 2am UK time.
Mode of communication - ICQ, AOL, MSN, Skype
Mode of payment - PayPal

We'd like to keep this within 250-300 Euros (SGD500-600), but can strech a budget a bit, for the "right guy" (or girl?).
Payment - 50% upon completion of phase 2, and 50% after uploading the files to client's website.
