I think the ovt numbers on that are screwy. It's just not that well-known, or oft-used term. Google outside the quotes is only 86,400 ... which is extremely low. Inside the quotes, it's only 1,170.
Honestly, I wouldn't even look at the .com very hard if it were me. Less so with the .us, and even less so with a .us hyphen.
That means nothing, really. I can throw a bunch of names into somebody's rating system - and even foolishly pay for an appraisal, as some do - and come out with 'premium' names. Doesn't mean they're premium.
You asked for an opinion and I gave one. If you believe it's a premium name, that's fine. It's your opinion. I just don't believe a lot of people are going to share that opinion. The ovt for that term is whacked, and there's simply not a lot of usage in discount ISP.
