3 dot tv's in the sedo auction, starting bid $5000

Quite a few .TV domains at Sedo auction at the moment.

Three of them have starting bids of $5000

(Valencia.tv, 1p.tv, and Sea.tv)

Can’t be bad for the extension

I received two $$$$ offers this weekend on Sedo, one on a LL and the other on a LLL.

The LLL offer was at full asking price, but pricing was set to negotiation rather than fixed. While I would like to push the LLL to auction I am concerned that it might not be appropriate, and expect that I will just accept it. I'd love to get your thoughts.

Of course its impossible to give advice not knowing the domain and/or asking price but based on the info you give...the buyer did offer you your initial asking price and I know you well enough Claude to know how much time and research you put into your pricing of your domains so with that being said...

If I were you I would definitely push it to auction.

I have to add this...

Last month was an incredible month for me in dot TV.
Uniques are up.
Clicks are up.
Offers are up - big time.

I am getting at least 1 offer a day now on my Dot TV's.
Some days 2 offers a day.
The most I have had in one day recently was 3 offers in one day and it has happened twice to me in the past few weeks.

So, This isnt me being a cheerleader or blowing smoke up anyones @$$, this is the real deal.
Dot TV is doing very well and I am extremely happy to have been involved in this extension for the past few years.

$xxxx dot tv sales are commomnplace now.

Claude,if offer is at your price then you sell. Too much can happen with sending to auction. Most likely you get no more bids, and with the wait the buyer could change their mind. A name being pushed at Sedo gets very little promotion. Take the money. Again IMO

Vito, that's cool. Glad to hear. I have been only getting offers on the same two names. Oui.tv which has had eight offers, and everything.tv which has got three. Nothing else getting offers but I have not really marketed anything for awhile either. Best of luck.

Yeh I noticed that too - theres this flaw with sedo links sometimes, I had the same problem today with my sedo link, it was getting linked to the featured name list. I think the domains mentioned are in the auction.
