Just went to TDNAM and noticed christ.tv on top of the auction list. 4 days remaining and the bids are already over $1.1k

Well this is a good show of Bob Parsons principles about .TV , sure... dont register the .TV domains e.t.c... if the company is so against the .TV zone... why make money off the .... Auctions ... because money does not smell ... but Parsons blog and prejudice against the zone smells to high HEAVEN (.TV)

I picked up Missionary.tv not too long ago but IMO this domain would be more about development rather than trying to sell it to a Christian organization. IMO this domain will not be an easy sale at least at where it is being bid currently.

Christ.TV is an unbelievably awesome domain for the right evangelist.

I personally hate it because the concept of a Christ.TV seems like vulgarization of religion to me and somewhat "thou shalt not worship" and all that. Something more demure is better.

That said CofE.tv is available for all you Anglicans.

I see this as a risky investment even at $500. When ever I am not sure about something its better to pass. There will always be other opportunities.

$2K for this domain is highly questionable reseller wise. If you have dev plans that is a different story.

I can see one those snake oil salesmen using a domain like this for their BS faith healing shows. Someone like Peter Popoff.

I've been tempted to register NationalFront/FrontNational and EDL just so that I can keep them with pretty pictures on and pretend that the world is a nice place again.

Looks like a failure to pay to me. The whois is still Hexonet who don't have an auction platform so throw backorders out to GoDaddy.

You can backorder at Hexonet - but if more than one of you are successful they put it out to auction at TDNAM where the public can join in.

This specific domain Christ is part of such a BS auction - TWICE now.

It only makes sense that religious domain that is part of 2 controversial and complete BS auctions considering...this will most be likely used for some phony money-sucking tele-evangelist BS. Christ.tv sure is off to a great start!

Just my 2 cents.
