They have really picked themselves up from a horrible time over the past few years and seem to understand their market. How nice they see .TV as part of that mix important to the retention and build of a good customer base. Take a look at their last Tv ad and you'll get an idea of the quality of this organisation... YouTube - Marks & Spencer Christmas Advert 2009 The UK at least, it seems, has gone 100% TV acceptable. I think that much of Europe and Asia is going that way too. | I went to marksandspencer.co.uk and clicked on "M & S TV" that took me to M&S TV*:* Marks & Spencer If you watch the status bar really closely it looks like a couple of images load of the .tv aswell as the .com. All in all I really wonder how this is news for .tv? Did you see them promote the .tv somewhere? |

Interesting about the youtube channel (which has one reference to the .tv under each video), though it looks like it is getting very little traffic, around 130 subcribers/30k views compared to the claim of over a million views for M &S TV. Even then if you play the videos it says "for more go to marksandspencer.com" at the end. Saying "all links point to the .tv" isn't accurate either, the only actual link goes to the .com. Each video in the description references the .tv though, without having a functioning link. Effecively on that youtube channel they interchangeably use the .tv and the .com.
