.tv drop

Does any one know how .tv domains drop? Is there a grace period like .com's?

I am after a 2 letter .tv which is near its expiration date. Two letter .tv domains cost $5000+ renewal per year, so don't know if the process is the same for this name as for normal non premium .tv domains.

Thanks for your help.

You might not want to reg a 2 letter .tv for $5000, I personally don't feel that it is worth that money in the current domain world. You can find way more awesome .com with that $5k. But I can't guarantee that this is not an awesome domain that can sell for like $5k < in the future, so yeah it is really up to you, how much you potential you see in it. Hehe..And as for the drop, it should be the same as .com.

Have fun,
