fasttrax.tv is pete tongs site...this is real good news for tv holders
anyone else know how of any more dot tv music sites...pete tong is the top dj in the uk maybe the world

the kidz love him...best of all this site was pointed out to me by my son....

there are lots of domainers dropping 100s of tv domains ,maybe when this slows down the market will pick up....

ohh development.tv not heard of that site on here post or pms!

Domainers dropping ridiculous names means absolutely nothing to the success of .tv.

there not all ridiculous names...being dropped just domainers who have maybe bought to many names before the credit crunch .

Oh absolutely,not all, but the vast majority are, i think we need to look at just how many .tv sites we see every day as better gauge on .TV's ongoing success.

Your example of Pete Tongs is a great one, and one of many more we will continue to see imo.

I have been at home today and have seen 5 .tv sites on Television alone.

as yet i dont use any dot tv sites.i do use bbciplayer every day.
now if that moved to a dot tv site that would be great.

i have not seen many good quality dot tv adverts on british tv as yet in my area,

i do watch gm.tv every morning like most in the uk

but there must be a reason why we see so many good dot tv names yet, on a hole the sales of tv names are low....

there is a dot tv name someone on here has that i would want,it not a prem....i would pay up to £2000 for it.....but i will wait to see if he drops it...this has worked for me in the past....i think this is whats happening

This is definitely further evidence that the so-called 'youth market' has absolutely no problem with using a .TV name

As for people dropping names - that's always happened. I personally will drop quite a few next year - but ONLY because I bought a few less than wonderful names in the first place.

None of this, the credit crisis, the weak value of the pound and Euro, or people bailing out for personal financial problems stopped me buying a name yesterday - and for a five year period.

We are seeing a tectonic change in the world view of .TV - I doubt something so strong and steady is affected by whether one or two individuals momentarily saying the extension is having problems or is the best thing since sliced bread.

If fasttrax.tv wasnt an established name and were to drop tonight no one would pick it up. I sure wouldnt.
