.TV domain does suit their business well though its a horribly long domain they chose. IMHO

No major swingers .Tv's yet Hull's??

but i was at a meet in leeds last week,and i did find the swingers community a little negative on dot tv...this time around

i was talking to some who have clubs ,but when they were looking for names on godaddy or 123-reg they found them taken....but most were looking for prem names
what were avalabel but on enom they did not know this.....
swinging is not all about sex but a life style ,most outside dont understand this.
we had a holiday with 107 couples last year...
i know there will be people trying to make money on the back of some .
but i cant see the real swingers going for tv what is a shame because sites like
swinging heaven gets 1000s of hits every day
swingers are looking for people local to them so co.uk works very well

swingers are looking for people local to them so co.uk works very well

Many people with clubs, community events, local events do prefer the local extension (.co.uk for you & me)
BUT
a .TV could still also be used as their multi media site, to allow users to send in photos, videos or whatver else. Could do it on a subscription basic, get top quality content (adult or not)

Of course not every group will want a .tv site but i believe in the future then a high % od communities, companies, clubs...etc will want some kind of multimedia site so .tv is the natural choice for that IMHO

Also if they are only now looking for the ideal domain name then they are more likely to find available keywords in .tv than .co.uk in my experience. Even in the aftermarket i find its easier to get decent deals on .tv's still rather than .co.uk on many occasions.
