I have kept quiet in this "paranoid" excuse thread becaue I was hoping you would do the right thing, pay me, and you could then save face by claiming to be paranoid.....
Both you and I know thats not the truth....your original excuse was that you were having paypal problems......I told you you could pay me in other ways.....
Then you told me you were very busy....I replied that so was I .....
Then I went public with a thread exposing you as someone who bids at auctions and then backs out from paying and you start a thread claiming to want to be reassured that I am the owner .....
Once you received the confirmation from other members on the board...you stated that "you are in touch with the seller".........you did indeed get in touch - asking me if it is "ok" to pay me over the weekend - to which I replied - yes...........
So you have three hours left to show you are worth your word , otherwise I hope no-one has the misfortune to do any business with you, because not only do you not pay, you string people along at the same time....I have all your PMS and emails to prove the contents above.....
Its one thing to not pay up, but to fxxx me around like you have done is pathetic......

I am sorry to have delayed on the payment and hope that you wont judge me so harshly. It is in my best interest to purchase this name quickly and I intent to do so.
I was upset to hear that you were so greatly offended and I hope to rectify it by paying you promptly.
I have and always will always conduct my business honeslty and fairly. I will always pay you within a reasonable amount of time. And if you absolutely need the money urgently, Let me know and I'll make it top priority to pay you immidiatly.
having said that, Lets rectify this as soon as possible. I need a MONEY REQUEST because I really am not being dishonest about having trouble with paypal. I have done transactions via money request successfully before.

Although I understand you being displeased with me for this delay, I hope you will consider chalking my blunder up to inexperience and giving me the benifit of the doubt.
I have a feeling I know what he is talking about. If it is what I think it is, the money request could be true. This doesn't say he was right in delaying the payment without a legitimate reason.
When my original PP account was limited due to no fault of my own (their admission), I could not login & pay people normally. When I had to pay someone,(e-bay auctions) I asked for a money request by e-mail. This enabled me to pay without having to login to an account.

JMO, but everyone screws up. Shortly after I held a contest here, one of my customers complained about an $800 tarp they had purchased, and paypal attempted to pull the money out of my account, which had like 200 bucks in it. This started an avalanche of issues with smaller transactions due to occur. I had all sorts of issues trying to get the account freed up and a couple of logo makers paid off, but fortunately I got it done.
The only way I got the transactions completed, however, was through the patience or a couple of NPers.
Millers, I wouldn't write this fellow off, things happen with PayPal, timing wise. They bend over backwards to protect the buyer, and if th merchant is keping a low balance in their account, it can really tangle up their finances for a couple of weeks.
I have a problem where PayPal keeps telling me I have reached my monthly limit. Happens every month, but I don't know where I can find what my limit is or how to get it changed and none of the FAQ's on PayPal explained it and when I sent them an email they sent me a "copied" response that did not address my issue. any want to help me out? (sorry for posting this here, but I want to buy a domain from someone and he only takes PayPal)
Your bets usually pay of handsomely, but here is why I think you are totally wrong in this case...
Last Monday, I could have been sent an email after the auction, telling me - "Hey, my name is Kubativity, I am exceptionally paranoid, very very very busy, have issues with my paypal account and you will need to send me a money request to paypal to get paid........"
Instead, this is what happened - no contact for first 24 hours at all. Then I receive a PM from this guy telling him he has iissues with paypal - would I mind if received payment through credit card. I said no problem.......
A further 24 hours go by - still nothing. I pm asking what is going on, he says he is sorry, but he is very busy - will try and and get the money sorted asap.
Two days later still nothing, I write a thread on payment etiquette and he responds with his own thread - "Would the owner of TART TV get in touch with me..........So now four days later, I am finally told the reason is paranoia, not paypal oissues or being busy.....I am asked in a PM if it is ok to be paid over the weekend......no mention in the PM that please send me a money request, otherwise my promise to pay you over the weekend means jackshit...........
And hey presto, no payment received over the weekend and now a new issue arrives on the table, MONEY REQUEST.........
Guess what if i sent a money request, I still would not get paid. I would receive another pm , saying please could you send me another money request, but you must be wearing pink pyjamas when you send it.....

I give people the benefit of the doubt all the time, but when your chain is getting yanked so hard, you wished you had no chain, then its time to face facts and cut your losses , not keep on taking in this crap from this guy.....
