Frustration...

Interested to see how frustrated ME.TV users are getting over in the official forum. I think alot of this is because of a lack of communication and a sense, rightly or wrongly, that certain issues are being actively avoided.

I think a 'diary' section might be useful for outlining upgrade paths. That will make everything clearer. I am in no particular rush for anything myself but some idea of timescale might calm down some restless natives even if it's something like 'Sept 07 - version 3 release planned; Dec 08 - revenue tools to be implemented'.

The kinda thing you see on software sites.

probook is an unknown quantity at this point
I agree. In reality, the me.tv team answers questions very quickly and is rolling features out relatively quickly.

There are missing features essential to making our sites popular (i.e. categories within our pages to organize videos). This is moronic, since it seems that any ability to make any profit is much father in the plan for the future than the essential tools. I'm getting sick of working for me.tv, soliciting signups and happy users, without the proper tools, without any sign of when they'll roll out the tools we need.

So.. I agree... the problem isn't the slowness... the problem is the lack of info when it comes to timelines in general. When we'll get the features we NEED and when there will actually be a reason to run these sites.

I'm having fun with probook.tv, and it's getting a lot of hits... but im getting BORED!
