Using me.TV to use embedded youtube, google & other videos

Some people are creating their own videos, putting it on youtube (or other video sites), and embedding the youtube videos on their me.TV sites. They have full rights to the video.
????: NamePros.com http://www.namepros.com/dot-tv/333322-using-me-tv-use-embedded-youtube.html

However, let's say that you, as a youtube viewer and a user, find some youtube videos of your liking (it's not your video) and decide to put it on your me.TV website using the embedding method, will you be held liable if you have not gotten a permission from the user/owner who has uploaded the video? What if a company finds that the video is embedded in your website, and it has given neither you nor the user who uploaded the video to youtube a permission to the video release.

I'm sure a lot of people scrape/embed videos from youtube and youtube like websites.

Have you guys all considered legal issues to this?
Anybody here has emailed or talked to youtube about the legality of this method?

As a .TV investor, what is your plan to avoid all these legal/financial mumbo jumbo?

i'd assume (and i know what happens when we assume) as part of the user agreement, you as the person uploading the videos agree with all the social networking/bookmarking/share this video type stuff??
