And people ask me why I don't have my .TV domains at ENOM
Our standard policy is to transfer the domains out of ENOM ASAP. We are trying to run a business and I don't like having my .TV domains at a place where the risk of them being reclassified as Premiums is high.
Not worth saving a few bucks to put the business at risk.
Local lets not start paranoia, I have plenty of issues with ENOM but I don't think that will happen especially if the domain registration is kept up to date
I own Cuba.tv and have paid the premium for many years. I was very concerned about the change over but they assured me that once my annual renewal price is established it's locked in.
I'm sure there is some fine print in there but enom wants customers. If they start nickel and diming or worse then they will be flamed on this board and beyond and get a bad reputation for being greedy very quickly and people will loose interest.
It's in their best interest to get lots of customers and lots of developed sites.
I think their getting flamed on this board is already a fact as is their bad reputation............whilst this bad reputation is currently restricted to us .TV domainers, a bad company creates a bad reputation.....no reason for that to stop when they go public..........
