I think one of the issues is that there is not a central marketplace for .tv names. They are not given the spotlight they need to reach the entire market of potential bidders based on what I am reading here and what I have seen in the past.

it is a problem in every extension. the markets are fragmented and not liquid.
you see this happen with snapnames every week even in .com.
i bet many of those names would have sat for years without bids on the if they were not coming into the visibility of a snapnames auction.
the person/organization who solves this problem and builds something closer to a real-time marketplace will do very well.
i am not sure how it would be done (otherwise I would do it
) but there is a need out there.
this is really prevalent issue for low value names $20-$2500. most names i have dropped along the way in domaining someone has picked up, but i could not be bothered to go around posting or searching for buyers for .info that is probably worth $40 or something...

I did not see infomercial.tv on the Traffic West auction list nor on the sold list unless I missed something.
